I can't tell you how many Realtors that I have run into over the last year that are pushy as heck. Even the nice ones are relentless. They all throw their cards at me, say "call me when you're ready". Here's the secret part....I have no intention of calling any of them, only YOU!!!!!!! You have gone out of your way for us, have been sweet, friendly, and PATIENT. When I'm ready, I promise you unconditionally, that you will get the sale, even if it is a small sale. She came out and spent time talking with me about the state of the market, and after walking through the property, helped me develop a list of things I would want to invest in to put the house on the market. When, a few months later, I had decided that I did in fact want to move forward, Sam was great in walking me through the steps in the process and helping me find an absolutely fantastic general contractor to work on the larger improvements that I needed to make. We placed the home on the market on a Friday and accepted the best of six offers that came in by the next day (the offer was over our listed asking price by almost 5%). I had lots of questions, and Sam was always patient in responding to calls, emails, and texts. She was quick and thorough in her responses. It was the best decision we have made with buying/building a home while selling an exisiting home. Then we called her first when we needed to relocate out of state and had her help with the sell of our house again. Liz listened to us while also allowing us to be the final decision maker. She offered her advice and her experience with selling homes and current market trends. She kept us up to date on everything we needed to know, from views of our homes to what buyers thought after seeing our home. We felt involved in the whole process. She was there to "hold our hands" when things didn't go like we thought or wanted them to go. She was always availabe to answer our questions or concerns. Liz had her file of "people" who could do home inspections, carpet installation, house cleaning, etc. Every one of her receommendations were top notch. Liz clearly communicated to us every step of the way and what were realistic expectations. While selling our second home, she checked up on our home frequently and let us know of concerns we needed to address. When it came time to close on all our homes, Liz worked with the title company through every step of the way keeping us updated. The last time, both my husband and I were in different states at the time of closing. We didn't have to worry about delays because we knew Liz and her team would take care of us.
